1834 Investments Limited hereby advises that its audited financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2020 which were due to be filed with the Jamaica Stock Exchange by June 30, 2020 will be further delayed to July 14, 2020 to allow for completion of the audit.
1834 Investments Limited apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the delay in publication, and wishes to thank its valued shareholders for their patience.
