Passing of Chairman, Hon. Oliver F. Clarke O.J.
"1834 Investments Limited (“1834”) wishes to advise of the passing of our Chairman, Hon. Oliver F. Clarke O.J., who died on Saturday May 16, 2020. The Board of Directors, Management and Staff are deeply saddened by the loss. The Hon. Oliver F. Clarke, O.J. dedicated over four decades of service to the company, having joined the Board in 1976, and later assuming the role of Chairman in 1979. We are grateful for his outstanding contributions to the company.
Vice-Chairman Joseph M. Matalon, C.D. will assume the responsibility of Chairman, until the Board elects a successor."
